 Home Staging
Training Programs:Our Home Staging training programs are unlike any others you will find. We cater our curriculum specifically for the Florida Real Estate market. We have unique styles of homes with interior design and decorating issues that programs taught by professionals from out of state simply do not address. We focus on the "outdoor" living areas as well as the interiors of Florida-style homes. Since our business originated in the Northeast, we also have solutions that will benefit older style homes in our areas and custom homes built with different regional styling in mind. In addition to teaching sound Home Staging techniques, we also focus on business etiquette, personal appearance and client-interaction skills. We teach simple web design techniques as well as how to use the Microsoft Office suite of tools to create presentations in PowerPoint, great correspondence and Marketing letters in Word, etc. We provide the local student with local vendor and service-provider resources. Our network of referrals are useful to our graduates and our connections in the community are invaluable. Students who successfully complete our training programs may be eligible for acceptance into the Home Staging Society, an exclusive and discerning national organization that commands the strictest of guidelines for membership. However, the benefits of being a member are limitless. Students will experience hands-on planning and Staging of an empty house as well as one that is owner-occupied. Once they have completed our program, they will have an actual portfolio of work to show their prospective clients. Our program also provides students with sample before and after photos, customizable presentations and a basic web site template. Everything needed to begin working as a Home Stager upon completion of the final exam and project. Students are encouraged to bring photos of their proposed project to be included in the collaboration process. Our program continues to lead the industry in its all-encompassing approach to training Home Stagers. We explain, by example, how to photograph houses to show off their best attributes. We also educate the student in the art of presentation and contract negotiations. We go above and beyond what other companies offer. Upon completion of your training, you will be invited to attend a private luncheon with one your your trainers to present your final project in-person and receive immediate feedback and answers to any questions you may have. While we can't promise instant success as a Home Stager (that part is up to the student), we can assure that our graduates have received the most concise and relevant education in the art of preparing homes for sale.
