Our Pricing: (Two-Consultants)

• One Hour Walk-Through with verbal suggestions: $200
• Written plan of action sent via email (in addition to Walk-through): $250 and up
• Actual Hands-On Staging with what you have: $200 initial fee - plus $120 per hour, 3 hour minimum for a total of $610
  • We will also leave behind a list of additional suggestions
  that day
• Follow-up Staging and finishing touches: $120 per hour
(1 hour minimum)
• Travel Fee: $50 and up outside of 15 mile radius of home office.
