Private Luncheon:
After completion of the course, you will be invited to a private luncheon with one of your Trainers to present your final project and ask questions in order to further enhance your training experience.  This is, until now, unheard of in the Home Staging Training industry!

Once we have received your payment, you will be sent the six-day itinerary.  Light refreshments will be served during the morning sessions and lunch will be provided on day one.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your seat in one of our training classes, refunds will be given in the following manner;
  • 14 days prior to start date - 90% refund (Balance will be credited toward future training within a 90 day period)
  • Less than 14 days prior to start date. 50% refund (A 20% discount will be applied toward future training within a 90 day period)
  • No refunds will be given once the session has started
    • If there is a medical or personal emergency that we consider valid for leaving the program, we will allow the student to reschedule for future training within a 90 day training period.  Re-scheduling fee is $500.
Exceptions are as follows:
If you find a suitable replacement for your seat then you will be refunded 90% of your tuition regardless of when you cancel once we have received the full payment from your replacement.  Your account balance will be credited toward future training within a 90 day period.

Due to the proprietary nature of our business and the information we provide both written and verbal, we are not able to issue any refunds once your course has begun or after completion.  If you have any questions about our offerings please ask in advance.

Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule a training session when client projects need attending.  Students will be notified within five days of training session.  Students will be given the option or receiving a refund of security deposit or first priority in the next session.  We will not be held liable for any inconvenience this may cause students since we are an active Staging company and not devoted entirely to training Home Stagers.

There is currently NO registered Trademark on the word "Staging" in reference to the preparation of homes for sale.
The Trademark was abandoned in 2003.
