Linda Francis was one of the founders of our company 2001 when we were known to many as Tampa Interiors.  Ms. Francis continued with us on our journey into incorporating as Decorating The Real World, LLC and then as we officially entered the Home Staging business as Tampa Bay Home Stagers.

Ms. Francis is a talented Interior Decorator and Home Stager.  She has a natural ability to turn the "So, so" into the "Oh, wow!"

As a former merchandising manager for a national clothing retailer, her eye for the esthetics has been essential to our growth.

With the success of our current business, she has branched out to start a new division of our company.  Going back to her home town of Falmouth, Massachusetts - She is currently working on Cape Cod Home Stagers.  Ms. Francis is introducing and education Cape Cod area Realtors and homeowners about the art of Home Staging.

While it will be hard to fill her shoes here, we will continue moving forward with our other staff members and are well prepared to take on projects as the come to us.  We miss Linda and will continue to collaborate on our marketing and training programs which we hope to offer on Cape Cod by mid-2007.

The Training Team at Tampa Bay Home Stagers offers three separate training programs:

  • Home Staging Training - Train for a career in Home Staging (Six Days)
  • Home Staging For Realtors - Learn key strategies for enhancing your marketing campaign by offering Home Staging advice to Sellers (Two Days)
  • Home Staging FSBO/Do-it-yourself: A two-day Seminar teaching Sellers how to Stage their own home by actually working with what they have - collaborating with instructors on how to carry out their plan of action, and following through on their plan with instructor mentoring (Three Days)

In addition to the Training Programs, we also offer breakfast and lunch presentations for Home-Builders and Real Estate Agencies.  Please contact us for details and Speaker availability.
