  Karen Cuervo graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.  In addition to being an amazing Home Staging professional, she is also a licensed Mortgage Broker with AllState Funding in Tampa. She is also Advertising Sales Manager for Greater Tampa REALTOR News. Ms. Cuervo was also Director of Special Events for the Greater Tampa Builders Association from 1992 to 1997.  There is no denying the fact that she knows our Real Estate market from all angles.  She is a very important asset to us.

  Ms. Cuervo has over 10 years  of successful sales and marketing management with a proven successful track record of achievement in developing new business, key client retention and strategic market positioning.

  Ms. Cuervo teaches the "Art of Staging" along with Anne Jousou during training workshops.  Her natural talents go far beyond Interior Decorating and Home Staging.  She is also a highly-sought after Holiday Decorator. She specializes in Halloween, Fall and Christmas decor and has been assisting both residential and commercial clients for many years.  Ms. Cuervo also helps plan our Open House events for both Realtors and FSBO (For Sale By Owner) clients.  She is a real-life "Diva" and we enjoy working with her.

The Training Team at Tampa Bay Home Stagers offers three separate training programs:

• Home Staging Training - Train for a career in Home Staging (Six Days)
• Home Staging For Realtors - Learn key strategies for enhancing your marketing campaign by offering Home Staging advice to Sellers (Two Days)
• Home Staging FSBO/Do-it-yourself: A two-day Seminar teaching Sellers how to Stage their own home by actually working with what they have - collaborating with instructors on how to carry out their plan of action, and following through on their plan with instructor mentoring (Three Days)
