The entrance lacked warmth.  Nothing was happening to draw a buyer in.  See Right:

We added shutters and painted the front door.  The addition of a flower bed and wicker seating adds to the charm of this beautiful home. The lavender door and shutters look stunning against the pale yellow house.

Dining Area Before:

The dark rug in this dining area made the space feel small. With the addition of a round table and by removing the rug, the space now feels open and spacious.  The walls have been painted a pale blue-gray.

Lanai Before:
We added white sheers around the lanai and some pretty cushions.  The ceiling was painted white and a new white ceiling fan was installed.  The lanai has become a welcoming retreat!

The addition of a table and chairs shows off the versatility of this spacious area.  A new outdoor rug was placed on the floor and we added both live and silk floral arrangements.
